It’s like they say: “The Alicante Bouschet variety is not Portuguese, but it’s from Alentejo!”. Deep and very concentrated color. Aroma of black fruit with hints of cocoa and some smoke, in the mouth it is very full-bodied, smelling and fresh with ripe tannins, long and very persistent finish.
Serve at: 18-20º C.

Open the bottle 30 minutes before and let it rest in a temperature controlled place away from light. You shall see that it results in a greater complexity of aromas and stands out during the meal.
