Garnet color of great intensity. Aroma of forest fruits, with hints of spices. In the mouth it is very elegant with the fruit and the wood where it was aged in full harmony, a long and very persistent finish.
Serve at: 18-20°C
This is a very elegant and harmonious red wine that goes very well with a barbecue among friends. While the grill is heating up, prepare a cheese board from Alentejo and get your taste buds used to the berries present in this wine.
Open the bottle 30 minutes before and let it rest in a temperature controlled place away from light. You will find that it results in a greater complexity of aromas and highlights during the meal.
