Description

In a journey that brings the Winery and its town, Vidigueira, closer to feats from other times and to the connection with Vasco da Gama – the Count of Vidigueira – we intend to fulfil the promise of discovery and affirmation of a region so intimately marked by the culture of wine.

Divided into seven acts, we have linked our wines in a journey through the region, culture and history, to the discovery of new sensory territories. Each wine elevates us to different states of mind, or its tasting would not be a unique moment in the individual or shared experience.

Act IV – The Inspiration, honoured in this limited edition, corresponds to the crucial point of Vasco da Gama’s journey, the crossing of the Cape of Good Hope. This act is represented by five references: Vidigueira Antão Vaz, Vidigueira Alicante Bouschet, Vidigueira Syrah, Vidigueira Touriga Nacional, Vidigueira Trincadeira. These are wines that display the uniqueness of our soils and our grape varieties.
