How can I pay for my orders?

You can make the payment using one of the following options:

ATM – Generates a Reference for payment, together with an Entity and the Amount;

MBWay – After generating the code for payment you will have 5 minutes to finish the process. Calmly and attentively, but hurry!

Credit Card – Fill in the required details using a valid card. The amount will be debited using this information.

Bank Transfer – If the above options are impossible to perform, you can make a bank transfer. To use this means, just call or contact us through the Contacts page.

How do I pay by card?

You can pay by credit or debit card, VISA or MasterCard.

How to pay by credit or debit card:

  1. Select this payment method on the “Payment” page.
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date and the security code, located on the back of the card.
  3. Click on “confirm my order”.
  4. Confirm the 3D Secure code
  5. Within seconds, you will receive confirmation that your payment has been accepted.

Please note that if you pay for an order by card, the respective amount will be captive in the card but will only be charged when it is confirmed that there is stock. If we run out of stock the amount will not be charged.

 

Is it more expensive to pay with a card?

We do not charge fees whichever payment method you choose.

Whenever you pay for an order, you will be paying the amount of the products ordered and the shipping costs, which may or may not be free, depending on the method you have chosen.

 

How can I pay by ATM reference?

To pay through ATM reference:

After confirming your order, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information (entity and reference) to proceed with payment

You will have 1 week to make the payment.

Payment can be made at an ATM or via the homebanking service on the internet.

Please note that if you pay by ATM reference, the amount of the order will be charged immediately (unlike with a card, where the amount is initially withheld from the card). Should the product sell out, however, the Winery will proceed with a full refund.

 

Can I pay by MB WAY?

Yes. It is one of the payment options.
