The complexity of this wine is surprising! Its aromas of forest fruits and hints of mint allow this wine to be paired with a good Serpa cheese. If you’re not a fan of cheese, buy a nice piece of veal and try this combination. It doesn’t fail!
Open the bottle 30 minutes before and let it rest in a temperature controlled place away from light. You will find that it results in a greater complexity of aromas and highlights during the meal.
