The grapes that gave rise to this Talha Wine come from only 6 ha of vineyards, owned by Adega members who made them available for this project. All are unanimous in revealing their «high pride and expectation» for seeing their work rewarded, as they delivered grapes from the traditional white varieties: Antão Vaz, Roupeiro, Manteúdo, Diagalves, Larião and Perrum, some of which are almost extinct.

The carved wine produced at the Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito is the result of the recovery of traditional wine production techniques that have evolved in Alentejo over the last 2,000 years. For its production are used only the indicated varieties that come from centenary vines, with very small productions, but whose bunches have a refined and unusual quality. Its transformation is made in clay pots picked, using traditional techniques and times.
