Aguardente Vínica Velha

Aguardente (spirits) Aguardente (brandy) obtained from the careful distillation, in copper stills, of wine selected from freshly fermented musts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. It aged in the cellar of the Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba e Alvito, C.R.L. for many years and there it acquired its topaz brownish beauty, as well as the deep aroma and flavor of the oak wood where it aged. It is fine and smooth, with a slightly vanilla taste and a long, very smooth finish.
