Talha à Mesa | March 23rd to 24th

Talha à Mesa is the first edition of a gastronomy and Talha wine event that will take place on March 23 and 24 at the Adega de Vidigueira, Cuba e Alvito, located in Vidigueira, Alentejo.
Vinho de Talha is increasingly appearing on restaurant menus and chefs are experimenting to find dishes that harmonize with the new, liberated aromas and flavors of a good Vinho de Talha.
Following the approval of the application by the Directorate-General for Cultural Heritage to have the production of Talha wine, a process that is characteristic of the Alentejo, included in the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage (INPCI), we believe it is time to elevate the role of Talha wine in Portuguese gastronomy and position it in a premium segment and as a wine par excellence for pairing with food.
