Red wine made from Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties, originating from the schist soils of the Vidigueira wine-growing area. It is a wine with a very complex aroma with notes of berries, intense fruit flavour and wood where it aged for 9 months in full harmony.
How to pair with food
The wood in which this wine aged has given it extremely harmonious notes, which allows it to be combined with a good Alentejo barbecue, stuffed grilled Iberico pork and plump black pork or spare ribs. Bring tradition to the table and pair these grilled meats with some Alentejo’s asparagus Migas.
