Made from Antão Vaz, Arinto and Perrum grape varieties and originating from schist soils in the Vidigueira Wine Heritage zone, this is a white wine with aromas of great complexity, with notes of very ripe tropical fruit, intense fruit flavour and the smoked notes of the wood where it fermented in full harmony.
How to pair with food
The complexity of this wine and its notes of ripe tropical fruit allow you to broaden your imagination when it comes to pairing it with a meal. We suggest a well-seasoned baked fish, as for example, a Sole Baked en Papillote with baked potatoes.
