Are the products guaranteed?

 

All products are guaranteed. We share the European Union’s guidelines on product guarantees:

 

“If goods you bought anywhere in the EU turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund. You can usually only ask for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods.

 

Under European consumer law, you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost, regardless of whether you bought your goods in a shop, online or by mail order.”

I saw Adega advertising and I don’t know how to use it and/or what conditions?

 

To use your voucher you must have an account on the Winery website or create one, enter the code you saw on the poster at checkout, before payment. Or go to our Winery Shop, and present your voucher.

 

The conditions are the following:

 

  • 10% discount on wine items;

 

Vouchers are valid until 31 November 2021, with a maximum use of 1 voucher per registered user.

 

  • How do I use a Voucher or Gift from the Winery?

 

If you have received a Voucher or Gift Dott to use at the winery, simply place the products you want in your cart and enter the voucher number, in the shopping cart or at checkout, under “Add Voucher”. Or go to our Winery Shop, and present your voucher. You can use only one Winery voucher or Gift per purchase.
