HARVEST 2020 THE MOST AWAITED TIME OF THE YEAR

It was on August 19th that we started the most awaited time of the year by all – the Harvest!

Many were already on vacation, but the grape berries were ready to be picked. And these represent all the field work that is done during one year, and that now animate the Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito region, with the grape growers’ tractors loaded with grapes.

Generations come together to harvest, among men and women, young and old, everyone wants to be part of this harvest process that will give origin to extraordinary wines, like the ones we have been presenting to our consumers and lovers in recent years.

Confident that, even with all the controversies, we will have a harvest with quality, and sure that all comply with the proper recommendations of the Directorate General of Health (DGS), the Cooperative Wine Cellar of Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito, prepared a Guide of Recommendations Harvest 2020 with specific measures that can be implemented to guarantee the necessary conditions for the health protection of all employees and cooperators during this harvest.
