Sparkling Wine Vidigueira DOC
Made from the Antão Vaz grape variety, by the classic method, it presents a straw citrus colour, a very intense aroma with mineral and toasted notes. It has an extremely full-bodied and fresh taste, with a well-marked acidity and a long and persistent finish.
How to pair with food
This wine is a very consensual sparkling wine and with a surprising flexibility when it comes to gastronomic combinations. Match it with a Mushroom and Coriander Salad, a cheese board or even during a lighter meal, like a Caesar Salad.
