From the excellent wines obtained from the Antão Vaz and Perrum grape varieties, the best was chosen to age in new French oak barrels. The result is delicately fruity, with vanilla notes from contact with wood. Full-bodied and fresh, it is well-balanced and complex, with honey and dried fruit flavours. The finish is long and elegant.

How to pair with food
This is one of the most complex white wines that we are very proud to present! It is inexplicable to pair it with Codfish Loins with Chickpea Puree or even with a Seafood Açorda! Full-bodied and fresh, this white wine is a reflection of what is best produced in the Vidigueira wine-growing sub-region.
