Grande Reserva 1498 DOC
Red wine made from Alicante Bouschet (60%) and Syrah (40%) grape varieties, fermented in a press with mechanical treading, aged for 26 months in extra-fine Allier French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle. It should be opened some time before drinking.
How to pair with food
The top of the range of our Winery is a wine for special occasions. Share a Christmas table with your family, cook a Stuffed Turkey with Chestnuts and Apple and decant a bottle of this wine about 1 hour before the meal. We promise it shall stay in your memory forever!
