Trincadeira DOC

Intense garnet colour, aroma of ripe black stone fruits. It has an extremely full-bodied taste, with a vegetal touch typical of the grape variety, very present and smooth tannins, long and complex finish. The grape variety that contributes to the specificity of this wine is Trincadeira.

How to pair with food

Our latest single vine variety has an endless amount of unexpected but perfect combinations. Start the meal with a liver pâté on Alentejo bread crust. Don’t be afraid to also try this red wine with soft cheeses. Finish the meal with a world classic: Coq au vin. Curious?
