Four Medals at MUNDUS VINI
The year 2021, although with all the existing controversies, started favorably to Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba e Alvito that recently received two gold medals and two silver medals in the renowned International Mundus Vini competition.
The prestigious International Mundus Vini 2021 competition highlighted the Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito Cooperative Wine Cellars with four medals. The wines distinguished by the jury were the “Vidigueira Grande Escolha Branco” and the “País das Uvas Premium Tinto” with gold medals, and the “VidigueiraDOC Tinto” and the “VidigueiraAntão Vaz” with silver distinctions.
Since its first edition in 2001, this international competition receives, twice a year, wines from the best wine-producing regions, and has been winning the recognition of consumers. The evaluation, carried out by recognized foreign juries, undeniably promotes the quality and excellence characteristics of the wines in competition.
These medals are in addition to the previous national and international achievements that the winery has won, which have increased the visibility and attention of the public and critics.
